Plaza 121 is a commercial office and retail center in downtown Boise that was first built in the 1960s. The original design is a great example of early modern architecture. Our task was to provide additional office space, renovate the shell and core with new elevators and materials, and completely upgrade all tenant areas. The original design concept was maintained on the outside with the addition of a new steel canopy and a glass tower that encloses the new elevator core.
