Front Street 5
The Front 5 Building is one of Cole Architects' many adaptive reuse projects, turning a warehouse into a commercial office. The building renovation and design was developed according to sustainable guidelines as established by the US Green Building Council. The Front 5 Building has the distinction of being the first privately developed building in Boise to obtain LEED Silver Certification.
